SAMKLEF SUED FOR 1 BILLION NAIRA

Music’s media representative, Aisha Inusa sent a press release stating that the music management is suing Samklef for encouraging an artiste, Jayfeel to breach a contract and also Optima media group (OMG) and Jayfeel for a breach of contract. She stressed that the artist entered into a lawful contract with Qinc Music and subsequently entered into a second agreement with Samklef and OMG despite several media releases, pre and post his participation in the Nigerian idols under the management of Qinc Music. They are suing the aforementioned parties for a total of N1Billion.

It was reported that  Jayfeel real names Joshua Enakhimion, in a bid to forge ahead with his career inked a  contract worth $150,000 with Optima Media Group headed by Rotimi Pedro -  a deal supposedly engineered by Samklef. On reaching Samklef, the super producer stated, “Their (Qinc music) business is with OMG and not me. I have no legal business with Jayfeel. They should take it up with OMG.”

We contacted Qinc Music’s legal representative, Barrister Gbenga Wellington of Ivory and Wellington Solicitors and on our request for details of his client’s contract with Jayfeel, the Barrister said he wasn’t in the position to provide details of the said contract. However,OyewoAdedoyinMicheal, CEO of Qinc Music when contacted stated, “Jayfeel has a valid contract with Qinc Music and no sane management company will issue such press statement if claims couldn’t be backed up legally.Jayfeel is actually an amazing kid, with so much talent and with talent comes bad advice.The artist was happy with the terms and conditions of his contract and that is evident in materials released pre and post his participation in the Nigerian Idol Season 3. So he was definitely induced to breach his contract.The Qinc Music team are wounded lions; the attempted mediation was our healing period but now we are willing to bite with the legal system.”

As at the time of filing this report, efforts to reach Rotimi Pedro of Optima Media Group proved abortive and numbers to Jayfeel’s camp were switched off. Some have gone on to state that this is probably a ruse or just a ploy to get the Optima Media Group to settle out of court; as it is well known that the huge media firm affiliated with shows like Nigerian Idol, Nigeria’s Got Talent, X-Factor, and also Bloomberg Television in Nigeria and many other content shows in Nigeria, have deep pockets.

OZZYBOSCO RETURNS FROM TINAPA, CROSS RIVER STATE

``OzzyBosco Charity Adventure`` which took place in calabar was indeed the most memorable and unforgettable Adventure tour for the 14 selected children who were mainly picked from various orphanages and some from a radio quiz program.                                                                                                                                                                

However, it was a 7 days Adventure tour to TINAPA which was an all-expense paid trip by Ozzy Records.

On the first day of arrival from Lagos to Tinapa Cross River State the children were received in grand style as they arrived the Lakeside hotel Tinapa were the hotel management were on ground to receive them with so much hospitality. Afterwards the children rested for the night.

On the second day the children composed a theme song titled WE ARE THE WORLD which according to them was inspired by the warmth and fresh air in Calabar. The children then visited the Tinapa Kraft Village where they enjoyed and expressed themselves; they had a sumptuous meal in the open air. A special interview was conducted on them by CRBC TV in which they also performed their newly composed theme song .It was later shown on the world news and continued throughout their stay in Calabar.

On the third day the children had already gotten used to the atmosphere in TINAPA, they visited the Tinapa Kraft Village once again but this time around they were beside the Lake. A photo session was conducted on them and there was an educative debate amongst them.

On the fourth day word had gone round that the Youngest African Superstar was in town for an adventure tour. Everywhere the kids visited crowd gathered and the people watched in amazement. A special visit was paid to the Governor’s office where they were warmly received by the deputy governor who stood in for the governor who was out of state. The deputy governor Barr Effiok Essien Cobham made a very moving and encouraging speech in which he poured encomium on the wonderkid and his team. He particularly praised the Youngest African Superstar for the charity implication on the tour urging others to emulate OzzyBosco’s kind gesture. The wonderkid in return gave the deputy governor a sensational performance from his hit single titled ‘TININI’ with his team of dancers. The kid dynamite had a surprise gift presentation of a portrait photo of the first lady posing with the kid star himself. Afterwards the children had an awesome and fantastic fun thriving moment at the Tinapa Amusement Park.  

On the fifth day a special visit was paid to the Nigerian Union Of Journalist with an awesome performance by OzzyBosco and his crew, the journalist watched in excitement and confessed they had never seen anything like what OzzyB staged for them. They granted interviews and said it would be their great pleasure for OzzyBosco to perform at their fourth coming Gala night which would have the high and mighty in attendance which is slated to take place sometime in November. Later that night OzzyBosco and his amiable dancers thrilled the audience at the Nigerian Surveyors Summit at TINAPA Event hall which was aired Live on CRBC TV. 

On the sixth day the children paid a special visit to the ultra-modern motherless Babies Dormitory Uwanse, OzzyBosco had a special party for them; the super star thrilled the children with his scintillating performance and presented them with gifts. He also gave out loads of Tigo milk being the brand ambassador of the product. The event was anchored by Prince Ifeanyi Dike and hosted by the commissioner for social welfare cross river state. The wonderkid also paid a courtesy visit to the Super Eagles players at Transcorp hotel, wishing them best of luck and prayed for them ahead of their match against Malawi, which they later won. Later that evening the management of Tinapa Lakeside hotel had a farewell dinner Buffett for OzzyBosco and his team where they had so much to eat and drink.    

On the seventh day it had dawned on the kids that they were on departure from Tinapa to Lagos and the children had these to say, Tinapa Is a very Beautiful place, the weather is friendly, the people are nice and accommodating, we had a fantastic experience, every moment was fun-filled and exciting, the meals were delicious, we will definitely like to visit again.

OzzyBosco WonderKid Is at it Again In CAMA 2013

The Publisher of Classic Magazine, Dave Agwazim, was able to assemble  icons from different  walks of life in Nigeria  yesterday, September 8,  at 10 degrees hall, Oregun to the prestigious Classic Africa Merit Award 2013.
The event was graced by dignitaries and celebrities like Little Princess of the Universe and Miss Tourism (National Museum), Kofi Idowu,  Chief Alex Akinyele, Hon. Lola Akande, Iyabo Ojo, Ngozi Nwosu, Benita Nzeribe, Emela Osuji, (Madam Modesty, Hafiz Oyetoro (Saka), Foluke Daramola, Hakeem Rahman, Miss Motor Nigeria,Tara of Tarries World, JJC, Headmaster, Baba D Baba and lots more.
There were lots of music performances by artists, especially the breathtaking performance by popular Ozzybosco Wonderkid who did one of his new track Tinini featuring Olamide. Kofi Idowu was also there, of course, to crack people’s ribs.
It was an A-list gathering as awardees walked up the stage majestically to receive their awards.
Some of the awardees are Hon. Lola Akande, Iyabo Ojo, Hafiz Oyetoro, Ngozi Nwosu, Cornel Udofia, Lady 2pee’s, Temitope Greenaway (Miz Gold), Angela Chioma John, Ozzybosco Wonderkid, and other prominent people who have contributed greatly to the society.
